TM SMART GEL is an ingenious invention. Designed to detect AND clean, the gel can be sprayed onto food preparation surfaces as a quality hygiene check. It can also be used to conduct spot-checks on glassware. The patented chemistry accurately reacts with contamination and changes colour from purple to green or yellow, allowing you to be in control of your hygiene.
