Avani CLARITY professional glasswash detergent is concentrated and low foaming, so perfectly calibrated for use in automatic cabinet glasswashers. Its balanced formulation is designed to eliminate the need for renovation as it is strong enough to prevent protein build-up on the surface of glassware.
Phosphate and silicate free, this detergent has been specially formulated to provide excellent cleaning results in all water types, leaving glasses spot-free and bright without affecting beer head retention. For best results use in conjunction with Avani CLARITY Professional Rinse-Aid.
Use via an automatic cabinet washer at a ratio of 1 – 3 ml per litre according to soiling and water hardness. Always follow machine manufacturer guidelines.
