When you have repeated beer dispense faults that lead to waste beer and therefore low yields, or when the same fault never seems to get resolved – Beerista training will give you the edge. A ‘Beerista’ isn’t just someone who knows their beers; the Beerista can recognise when their beers – keg or cask – are not quite at their best, and then have the knowledge to know what to do next.
Some faults are operational, and can be dealt with in-house without calling in the professionals. Yet there are times when you need to make a call to technical services for their help, and it’s on these occasions that your knowledge can save you a whole lot of time and the cost of fruitless call-outs. Rather than calling in the professionals for a generalised fault, the Beerista will be able to narrow down the potential causes and help to direct the engineer to the most probable cause(s) of the fault.
